Live Earth London 2007

12.02.00am BST (GMT +0100) Fri 13th Apr 2007

Live Earth is a music event that will bring together people from across seven continents to combat the climate crisis.

Live Earth will be a twenty-four hour music festival across seven continents hoping to deliver a call to action and the solutions needed to answer the call.

Live Earth will mark the beginning of a multi-year mass persuasion campaign led by The Alliance for Climate Protection to move individuals, corporations and governments to take action.

In anticipation of overwhelming demand for tickets and to ensure that everyone gets a fair opportunity to participate in Live Earth, and minimize ticket misuse, the event organizers will be allocating ticket sales by ballot. Registration for the opportunity to purchase two tickets per person will be done online at http://media.livenation.co.uk/liveearth/.

Free Registration for tickets opens from midday on FRIDAY 13 APRIL 2007 until midday MONDAY 16TH APRIL.

ALL TICKETS FOR LONDON WILL BE PRICED AT £55 EACH (plus booking fee)

All proceeds will benefit the Alliance for Climate Protection, The Climate Group, Stop Climate Chaos and other international NGOs.
