In my day job I came across the careers advice website on which has a fantastic Job Profiles section.
In the Job profile you can browse through the details of over seven hundred jobs. The details included in the job profiles are what the work is like, what qualifications and experience employers will be looking for, what training and development can help for people those looking for those jobs, what salary people can expect in those roles and the skills and knowledge needed to do the jobs.
If you are looking to change career but not sure of what you might be interested in doing or if you are updating your CV or even completing an application form and need some help with explaining what you may have done in previous jobs its worth having a look at the website.
