We the undersigned petition the Prime Minister to create a campaign to explain and promote the EU

Sometime ago I signed a petition on 10 Downing Street E-Petitions website calling on the PM to create a campaign to explain and promote the EU.

I think that a lot of anti EU and European feeling that we see expressed by people in UK is due to their lack of understanding of the EU.

The deadline to sign this petition is 21 May 2008 so if you would like to see a campaign to explain and promote the EU please visit http://petitions.pm.gov.uk/promotetheEU/ and sign up.

I would also ask that you contact family and friends and encourage them to do the same.
