What I Heard About Iraq is a documentary drama about the conflict in Iraq, using direct quotes from politicians, military chiefs, soldiers and Iraqi citizens to reveal the unfolding human story behind the situation in Iraq.
The show which started out as an article in the London Review of Books was translated into many languages and published across the world, has now been adapted for the stage by LA Times Critics Award winning writer Simon Levy. The show is followed by a post-show discussion with the company after every performance. Photographs also provide a constantly changing backdrop to the cast of five speaking the words of the dozens of people caught up in the situation.
What I Heard About Iraq is on at the Arena Theatre in Wolverhampton on Thursday 10th May at 8pm. Tickets are £9 Full Price and £7 Concessions.
